Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. baaji uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. All balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided upon discovery.
3.5 KYC Verification. baaji reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is complete.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baaji account login credentials. baaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify baaji support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 All activity conducted through your baaji account — including bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is your sole responsibility. baaji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where baaji was not negligent in the security of its own systems.
4.3 baaji accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal in your baaji account or any funds held within it. Third-party use of your account — including use by family members — is not permitted under any circumstances.
4.4 baaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where baaji reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the baaji platform are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary from time to time based on operational requirements.
5.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the baaji cashier at the time of the transaction. These minimums may change without advance notice and are subject to the policies of the relevant payment service provider.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a successful deposit on your baaji account, and only after KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements applicable to internationally licensed gaming operators.
5.4 baaji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment service provider (e.g. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. baaji has no control over and accepts no liability for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
5.5 baaji reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of wagering activity for compliance with bonus terms.
PKR Native: baaji processes all transactions natively in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal made through the baaji cashier using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani bank transfer.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the baaji platform are final once confirmed. baaji does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted by the system except in circumstances where baaji determines that a manifest error has occurred.
6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds displayed due to a technical or human error — baaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds and return the stake to the Player's account. Bets placed in bad faith on obviously erroneous odds may result in account suspension.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on baaji are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers. baaji does not manipulate game outcomes. 6.4 Sports Betting. The baaji sportsbook operates under standard international sports betting rules. 6.5 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data and the operational status of baaji's in-play betting engine. baaji accepts no liability for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues on the Player's side or interruptions to third-party live data feeds.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by baaji are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements where applicable. 7.2 Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings generated from Bonus Credits become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly before the bonus is activated on a Player's account.
7.3 baaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively affect Bonus Credits that have already been credited to a Player's account under the original promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be abusing the baaji bonus system — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions — will have their bonus credits voided and may face permanent account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baaji platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without barriers. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new baaji accounts during the exclusion period.
9.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect at once; increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

10.3 All data transmitted through the baaji platform is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-step verification on their baaji account for additional security.
11.1 All content on the baaji platform — including but not limited to the baaji logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of baaji or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the baaji platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 12.1 The baaji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While baaji takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and fault-free service, baaji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the baaji platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
12.3 baaji's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's baaji account at the time the relevant incident occurred.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits baaji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 By You. You may close your baaji account at any time by contacting baaji customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any pending bonus obligations) will be refunded to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC requirements being met.
13.2 By baaji. baaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time where baaji has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity has been conducted through the account; or (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the baaji platform or the safety of other Players.
13.3 In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms & Conditions, baaji reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to remit funds to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
14.1 baaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material, baaji will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the baaji platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
14.2 Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.
14.3 The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent "Effective Date" at the top of this document supersedes all previous versions. Continuing to use the baaji platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
